Hi, I checked the model you suggested TXS0101 It is 1Bit Bidirectional voltage level shifter. I need 4-bit Bidirectional voltage shifter. Please provide me the model with same specification. I am requesting for generation of model if not available.

Hi Chandana,

There currently isn't an IBIS model of the TXS0104E ,however the 1-ch equivalent (TXS0101) can be used to model since both devices have similar electrical characteristics. In any case, testing with the TXS-EVM would be a better option as the IBIS models should not be relied entirely for signal integrity tests.
