Is there a single-chp solution that performs similarly to the schematic below?
That is a 1-Bit Register, with Read (On Clock), Write, Clear and Invert.
I've attached images of 8 of these 1-Bit registers in parallel operation.
With the expected pins being Vcc, Data In, Read, Write, Clock, Clear, Invert and Ground.
In operation this register requires the assistance of external latches, but those tend to change based on the need.
Currently I am using 2x Quad 2-Input AND, 1x Quad 2-Input OR and 1x the Hex Inverter
