Hi Team,
Do we have a voltage translator with same package/pinouts as SN74LVCC3245A but 5V side (VCCB side) is TTL compatible?
Thank you!
John

Hi John,
Please help see [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)? to help confirm how the device is overvoltage tolerant, thanks.
Best Regards,
Michael.
Why not check the datasheet for that? Based on "Absolute Maximum Ratings" in SN74LVCC3245A datasheet, either side-A or side-B, the absolute maximum voltage tolerance is Vcc+0.5V:
Thanks,
John
Hi John,
Apologies for the confusion as you are right and SN74LXC8T245 is equivalent replacement for over voltage tolerant applications, thanks.
Best Regards,
Michael.
Thank you for proposal. I have checked this device, it is not TTL compatible.
Regards
John
Hi John,
Would it be feasible to use LXC to shift 5 V CMOS levels and any buffer running with overvoltage-tolerant inputs with TTL compatible or a device such as SN74LV8T245?
Best Regards,
Michael.
