Would you please clarify what is the ifference between PAL16R4AMJ and PAL16R4AMJB?

No specification difference found per datasheet. If their SPECs are the same, why two different part numbers?

The B device is identical with the 8103610RA, which is described not by the datasheet but by the SMD.

Still confused. May I know what is the specific difference between the two parts? If I previously used PAL16R4AMJ, can I use PAL16R4AMJB as a replacement?

As far as I know, the 8103610RA can replace the PAL16R4AMJ.

The SMD is used for military customers. Using the 8103610RA would waste money for military qualifications that you do not need.
