Tool/software:
We are planning to use TI part CD74HC4046AM96 as an alternate of Onsemi MPN#MC74HC4046ADG but it got failed during evaluation(reported by Designer). Want to hear from TI whether any other customer has faced any such issue while trying to replace the above discontinued Onsemi part by TI part CD74HC4046AM96 ?
