SN74LVC00A: Ioff function

For LVC devices that have I_off, the absolute maximum ratings allow voltages up to 6.5 V in the power-off state. As far as I know, only little-logic devices (and devices with open-drain outputs) have this.

Here is a list of large LVC devices that are claimed to have I_off: ti.com/logic-voltage-translation/logic-gates/products.html#1512=LVC&2192=Partial power down (Ioff)&2955=14;20

For newer devices like the SN74LVC132A, the datasheets have an I_off specification in the electrical characteristics, but do not allow this in the absolute maximum ratings and do not list it in the features section.

 Could you pls double check with team? We will lose share on this device if we don't have a Ioff feature.

I saw lots of PCN on this device but I can't see the details.
