we have a customer claiming delivered parts with P/N: SN74LVC1G97QDCKRQ1 due to non-conformal terminal finish..
They stated:

TERMINAL FINISH
SHOULD BE: e4 (NIPDAU)
IS: e3

I found in the datasheet that te lead finish should be " NIPDAU | SN"
Per the customer's measurements they measured the following:
Woud the customer be correct nad the plating be non-conform?
