Hi Josh,

I don't think IBIS model can be used for Spice simulation, like PSpice for TI. We do want to have the model which can be used for Pspice.

Hello Yuto,

My apologies, I misread the type of model that is being requested. Unfortunately, we don't have any PSpice models for TXU level translators. I have seen online in ways IBIS models can be converted to PSpice. However, since IBIS models lack device functional behavior, the conversation will be very limited.

Hello Yuto,

We have the TXU0104 Spice model we can share with the customer. It uses the same architecture as the TXU0102 and has two additional IOs.
