TXU0204: Pull-up resistor requirement

Hi,

I am currently designing a Flight Computer Unit (FCU) for a rocket. Communication between STM32F413 and LORA module (E32-433T30D) on FCU is determined. LORA is supplied by 5V, and STM32F413 is supplied by 3.3V. Obviously, I need logic level shifter. I research in detail and find out TXU0204 perfectly fits this requirement. I wonder if I need pull up resistors for this type of application. Here is my schematics, I have already added pull up resistor for AUX pin, but I am not sure. And also, I couldn't ensure whether I need pull ups for TXD and RXD pins of both LORA and STM32.
