TXU0104-Q1: Designing with TXU0104-Q1

Hello Team,
We are using the IC TXU0104-Q1 to level shift SPI signals of 3.3V to 5V logic.

The slave out pin is not used in the system.

The 3.3V side is connected to the VCCA and 5V is connected to VCCB.

Can you please confirm whether the marked voltages in the below image are the VIH and VIL of the IC for 3.3V and 5V sides?.

Yes; these values correspond to V_IL/V_IH.

Please note that the V_OL(max)/V_OH(min) values of your SPI master are specified for output currents of several mA, but the TXU0104-Q1's input leakage current is less than 2 µA, so the actual output voltages will be near GND/V_CC.
