SN74HC4020: Frequency range by supply voltage

Hi team,

I think the maximum frequency that can be input to this device depends on the supply voltage.
I would like to input 16MHz, but would like to lower it to 4.5V or less.

The maximum guaranteed frequency is specified in section 5.5. For voltages less than 4.5 V, use linear interpolation.

I know it is mentioned in 5.5.
So you are saying that I should use 4.5V and 2V data to get in between?
If it is 16MHz, does that mean about 3.5V?

Yes, the limit would be 16 MHz at about 3.65 V.
