TXS0104E: The parameter problem of the chip

How much current is required for the VCCA and VCCB of the material TXS0104EPWR? We have a circuit output of only 150mA and we want to use this material to convert 4 GPIOs.

Our internal power supply is very small, if 100mA May be risky

Please confirm the TXS0104EPWR chip power supply current

If it is to be 100 ma, but this positive or negative I understand is that the GPIO of A communicating with B's gpio has a lower GPIO current of 100 ma.

Please help to confirm the chip power supply current of VCCA and VCCB of TXS0104EPWR again. Is this current pulled from GPIO?And the value of this current, what are the typical values and the maximum values?

Hi Tony,

This is the current rating that, if met, will cause certain damage to the device as it is part of the Abs Max Rating table. A normal power supply providing xxmA should be more then sufficient for the device (see ICCA/ ICCB params. in datasheet as a reference).

What is the actual current of VCCA and VCCB? If the GPIO current reaches 100mA and will damage the chip, the VCCA current is greater than the GPIO current
