SN74LVC126A: VOL and VOH when VCC is 1.8V

Hi team,

I was referring to the value of 1.65V for VOH and VOL when VCC is 1.8V.
However, the SN74LVC126A does not meet the requirement because the minimum value is 1.2V when the required value of the connected device is 1.28V and 1.65V is VCC.
Could you please tell me the VOH when VCC is 1.8V?

That V_OH value is specified for a load of 4 mA. What is the actual load? For a CMOS input with a µA leakage current, the actual V_OH will be near V_CC; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?
