i see your reference design is use the SN74AVC16244 between ADS4122 & MCU

The EVM uses the SN74AVC16244 to buffer only the data/clock outputs. But the ADC has more signals. Please specify exactly how many signal you need to translate between 3.3 V and 1.8 V in your application, and how many go in each direction.

Yes, the EVM can serve as an inspiration.

The SN74AVC16T245 is a 16-bit level translator. You will need more translators for the other signals.

Yes, this is an error on the EVM. This is not guaranteed to work.
