Is SN54HC74 performed PIND test at TI? I would like to know PIND Shock, Vibration and Frequency for it. if not, do we have cavity information, at least cavity height?

We do not do PIND tests. We could probably find the cavity information, but that depends on the package. What package are you looking at?

The part is SNV54HC74W (CFP-14). The part is also marked as 5962-8405061VDA.

The cavity is 3.048 mm x 4.064 mm.

The height of this cavity is 0.2997mm

Malcolm,

This is D-Flip-Flop and its package is CFP-14 (SMT), I think cavity height is 0.2997mm is too low. Could you please check it again? Thanks.

The cavity height is actually 0.2667 mm (I read the number wrong). Paul and I calculated it differently, but I talked to him and how he did it and I believe that 0.2667 mm is correct. I am waiting on confirmation from the packaging team.
