CD4056B: ESD and not use IO setting

hi TEAM,

 my customer have some VCO feature from CD4056B, since it is a very old device, would you help to check whether it have 2KV HBM data?

 and do we have the IO structure to show if we not use the IO, then how to setting pull down or NC? 

 tks for the checking.

     CD4056B is an old device, so unfortunately we do not have this ESD information available. I can submit a request to have the device tested, but this will take a long time, around three months or so. Would you like me to begin the process?

    You will need to use all of your IO to get the full display output, so I do not understand your question. Which IO will you not use?
