These two parts are the same.

HT244 represents that it is a SN74HCT244PWR device. You can use the Part Marking Lookup page to lookup this code.

The old part has G4 and the new part is not labeled with a G4 because, in essence, all of our parts are G4 parts. You can read more about the G4 suffix at [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?

The rest of the code represent date and lot codes, so you can expect these to change.
