Hi All

 

I used FLUKE 187 multimeter measure the ICC is 1mA, compare the datasheet 40uA  is differences

Test condition

VCC=/1CLR=/2CLR=5V

/1PRE=/2PRE=GND=0V

 

How do I measure max ICC below 40uA?
