SN74LVC1G125: Vcc condition for Ioff

Part Number: SN74LVC1G125

Dear Team,

Please let me confirm about Vcc condition for Ioff feature of the SN74LVC1G125.
Vcc recommended operating range is 1.65V to 5.5V.
When Vcc=0V, Ioff feature works and OUTPUT becomes Hi-Z.
When Vcc is between 0V and 1.65V during power up/down with /OE=Vcc, does Ioff feature work and OUTPUT become Hi-Z too?

Best Regards,

Koshi Ninomiya

  • Hi Koshi,

IOff for this device will be engaged from 0 to 1.65V after that if your application requires Hi-Z output while ramping up to a higher logic rail like 3.3V or 5V the OE would need to be tied to VCC then released once the VCC rail has settled at it's logic rail.

    Regards,

    Owen
