We don't spec power consumption on our devices because it is very dependent on the specific system and test conditions. It seems I misunderstood. I thought you were asking about power consumption, not max power dissipation. Here's the formula to calculate the maximum power dissipation:

P_max(W) = (T_J(max)(°C) - T_A(max)(°C)) / θ_JA(°C/W)

P_max := maximum power consumption before thermal failure

T_J(max) := maximum junction temperature (150°C for standard logic devices, unless otherwise stated in the datasheet)

T_A(max) := maximum ambient temperature of operation

θ_JA := junction-to-ambient thermal resistance

Since it depends on the ambient temperature of operation, we don't spec it in the datasheet since we can't know ambient temperature for our customers' applications.
