This shouldn't be a problem. This should not be an issue for the inside of the device.

Did this device arrive to you with this crack, or is this crack from damage during placement on the board?

Hi Chen Alex,

I do not see any defects in the photo taken inside the reel, but I do see the issue with the device that is soldered onto the PCB.

If the device arrived to you with the crack on the packaging, it may be a quality issue on our end. Our quality standards do not allow chips, gouges, or breaks larger than 0.254mm in any dimension for this device and package. If that is the case, please contact Customer Support. It is unlikely that there is any damage to the inside of the device.

Hi Chen Alex,

Our quality standards do not allow chips, gouges, or breaks larger than 0.254mm in any dimension for this device and package. This new photo looks like it exceeds 0.254mm. Please contact Customer Support or your FAE to begin a quality investigation. I cannot start the process on my end.
