SN74HC08: Suspect Counterfeit Part

Part Number: SN74HC08

I need to confirm the marking on the SN74HC08 parts. Our company currently have 2 different markings on the same part. One part received has a TI 58AG6CK HC08 marking and the other has TI Logo 2CA1S5M HC08 G4 marking. The issue we are having is that the part without the Logo is failing during test, but the part with the Logo is passing. I have included pictures. We need to understand if the Markings are correct both ways. Please advise as soon as possible as we need to recover as soon as possible.

Were these parts purchased from an authorized distributer? Please share the full device OPN and packing information, if possible. Also, could you share more details about the failure?

Hi Ian,

I have just submitted a Failure Analysis CPR261140709 in regard to this issue. The parts were purchased from Digi-Key. Are you able to access the CPR?
