I need a spice model for the CD74HC14 or could you please suggest to me an equivalent IC. Thanks in advance.

    We do not have any models for this part and dont have the data to create one since they are so old.

    Here are some other options. SN74HC14 still no models

    SN74LVC14  Has IBIS model and can create HSPICE if needed .  I will need name, company info, and sales numbers to request this.

    SN74LV14A   same situationa as LVC above

    We also have The lvc14 available in single double and tripple gates that have both IBIS and HSPICE models. SN74LVC1G14,  SN74LVC2G14, SN74LVC3G14
