Hello TI Support team!

 

According to datasheet, input transition time for SN74AUP3G14 must be faster than 200nS/V .

But what happens for a much slower transition time ( ~250uS ) :

Will the output oscillate forever until power is switched off ?

Will the output oscillate, but only during transition time, and stabilize to correct voltage after transition ends ?

Will there be permanent damage to the device ?
