As the power supply comes on, with the nPRESET pin held low, at what voltage will Q go high after a power down sequence?

what are the startup characteristics for the SN74AC74 with nPRESET held low as the VCC rail ramps up?

My guess would be about 1.5V where the part would begin to function providing the clr pin was high.

This is not something that is tested.
