Operating Logic at High Temperature

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4010B-MIL, CD4010B-Q1

Hello,

We need a small variety of logic functions that will operate in an -10 to +135 C environment.

Since there does not seem to be anything meeting this rating, I thought of using parts similar to the

CD4010B-Q1 or CD4010B-MIL for example and replacing the unit when it fails.

Do you have any statistics for reliability at the this temperature or maybe any other suggestions?

I should have stated that the application calls for logic that can operate between 2 - 8V within the

above temperature range.

Thanks

David

  • Any CD parts will have the same temp rating. -55 to 125 so buying MIL or Q1 parts will not help. We do not have and data beyond 125c.

CDxxx devices operate from 3 to 18V and are only tested and specd at 5V, 10V and 15V. They cannot operate at 2V.

We have CD74HC parts that operate from 2V to 6V but do not go to 8V.

We do not have anything that will meet all of you parameters.
