Hi,

I have 2 questions about SN74AHCT14/AHCT family.

(1) Is it possible to input 5.5V when Vcc is power down(Vcc=0V)?

(2) Do AHCT families have 5V tolerant input?

I think AHC/AHCT have the function, but there is no description in the TI web site below.

I need to answer my customer as soon as possible, so your help would be appreciated.

Yes it is over voltage tolerant on the inputs and you can have a voltage on the input when Vcc is 0V. I will see if I can fix the table

You can not have a voltage on the output when Vcc is 0V or you will backpower the device throught the protection diode.
