Where to download the SPICE file of SN74LS221 or SN74LS123?

Hi, I want to simulate some circuits using TINA, and I can't find the SPICE file of SN74LS221(or SN74LS123), can any one tell me where to find it?

Hi Gaotong

We do not have models for LS devices. Since these part are over 30 years old we do not hav the data to creat them.

For these older parts you can sometimes find models by searching on the web or looking in your software library.
