CD4097B: Can it handle bidirectional I2C data?

I am interested in demultiplexing an I2C bus and I have identified the CD4097B IC as a suitable device for the application.

My questions are as follows:

- Can CD4097B handle bidirectional data transfer through its analog switches?

- What is the Bandwidth of the CD4097B IC channels? Can it handle the I2C singals?

Can it handle the I2C singals? I dont beleive it would. Ron is too high

Could you recommend a demux device that can handle the I2C signals?
I need to control 8 separate I2C bus lines with a single I2C bus available on the controller.
