I have designed the SN74AUP1T50 into my system and have since found that the Tpd spec falls outside of my application.  But, I only need a temp range of 0C to 45C with a 10pF load.  Do you have any Tpd data for a reduced temperature range?

    Hi Greg ,

    I could only find AUP1T57 family of devices which has similar spec compared to AUP1T50 device done for -40,25 and 85C , will that work for you ? Do you have a particular voltage case which you need the data for ? Please email me shreyas.rao at ti.com for direct access to the datalog.

    I'm afraid that our ATE data only shows '25 C' or '-40C to 85C' -- we don't have any test points in-between. It is safe to assume though that 0C to 45C will remain close to the 25C value. How far out your of required spec is the part?
