Hi all

Would you mind if we ask SN74LV14APWR, SN74LV125A, SN74LVC1G240 and SN74LVC1G126?

<Question1>
These datasheets show min and max value of tPLHD and tPHLD(tPD).
So, do you have these typ value as the reference?
Because there is the large difference between min value and max value.

<Question2>
Only SN74LV125A has tSK data.
The datasheet shows that skew tpHLD-tpLHD is max 2.0 nS.
So, does it include following conditions as example;
-tPLHD : 13ns
-tPHLD : 11ns

<Question3>
SN74LV14APWR, SN74LVC1G240 and SN74LVC1G126 don't have tSK data.
Do you have these?

Hirotaka-san,

I have not researched all of these parts in particular, but we generally have statistical data that backs up the datasheet values. The minimum and maximum values are over thousands of units produced/tested-- not a single part. Because of manufacturing variance, we can only guarantee that t_PD will fall within the datasheet min/max values - but each unit should be very consistent in its delay -- ie a single part will not have the minimum delay one day and the maximum delay the next.

Skew is the maximum difference between channels on the same variable -- not the difference between a single channel on different variables (such as tPLHD vs tPHLD).

If data is not available in the datasheet for skew, then I'm afraid the tests were not performed at production and I don't have data either.

The tskew parameter ,if not mentioned by the datasheet ,will not be performed in the lab during characterization or in production .

Hirotaka San,

I found the typical tpd for LV125A at 25C .Also to note that is not production tested.

This is also true for other devices which are not production tested but guaranteed to work within the rated min max.
