Hi Team,

The datasheet shows recommended operating conditions of Ta is -40～125℃.
Should I assume the range of Ta as that of Tj (junction temperature) ?

My customer concern if it is recommended the device is operating with Tj=130℃ under Ta=125℃.
Is the above condition within recommended operating condition of SN74HC14-Q1?

    Hi Yaita San,

    The operating temperature is not the same as junction temperature . The junction temperature is usually greater than the Ta .
    For your reference , the Tstg (storage temperature ) is the same as junction temperature Tj at 150C as mentioned in the abs max table.

    yes , this is within the recommended operation of the device .
