[ SN74AVC16T245-Q1 ] Part-to-Part Skew, tsk(pp)

Hi,

Is there any characterization data and/or information with regards to the Part-to-Part Skew of SN74AVC16T245-Q1? I know from other posts that the skew of SN74AVC16T245-Q1 has NOT been specified, however in practice, its maximum skew can be 1ns from process specification and typical is somewhere around 250ps. Now I would like to ask whether TI has any information about Part-to-Part Skew.

I have requested the respective group to look into this data and they will be in touch. Your understanding is correct- for CMOS logic parts 1ns is expected. TYP values range 250ps to 500ps. But we cannot guarantee this without data.

I've been having trouble finding the data that I need to answer this question. I might have to give you data that goes up to 85C instead of the 125C that this part is capable of. Will that be acceptable?

I think that the data up to 85C would be okay, since it's just as "reference" and not guaranteed.
