Does SN74AHC1G32 have Schmitt-Trigger inside?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHC1G32, SN74LVC1G97

Hi,

My customer are looking for an OR Gate which integrate Schmitt-Trigger.

SN74AHC1G32 mention about the Schmitt-Trigger Action.

But is there a Schmitt-Trigger inside? Or just use other circuit to achieve "Slower Input Rise and Fall Time"?

Does TI have OR Gate that integrate Schmitt-Trigger?

That's customer concern, please help.

Thanks

  • The SN74AHC1G32 does have Schmitt trigger inputs, but as you can see in section 7.3 of the datasheet, the input hysteresis is not specified.

The configurable multi-function gates (e.g., SN74LVC1G97) have well-specified Schmitt trigger inputs.
