SN74AHCT1G04 2.5Vpp input signal

The min of VIH is 2V.

I wonder this device can accept 2.5Vpp input signal. Is that possible?

(On the datasheet it is mentioned as the following,

The input switching levels have been lowered to accommodate TTL inputs of 0.8 V VILand 2 V VIH. This feature makes it Ideal for translating up from 3.3 V to 5 V. Figure 5 shows this type of translation.)

Any voltage above 2 V will be interpreted as high. Any voltage below 0.8 V will be interpreted as low. Any voltage in between should be applied only for a short time, while switching.

This device is designed to handle digital signals. "Vpp" sounds as if you have an analog signal?

No, I mean the 2.5Vpp signal is digital signal (0~2.5V).

Is that possible to input 2.5V digital signal?
(If the supply voltage = 5.0V and Input signal =0~2.5V, output signal will be 0~5V?)

Yes, this will work.

(As shown in figure 6 of the AHC/AHCT Designer’s Guide (SCLA013), there is a supply current increase for voltages lower than about 2.8 V, but in your case, this is probably small enough to be insignificant.)
