Hi all

Would you mind if we ask SN74ALS245ANSR, SN74LS14NSR, SN74AS280NSR, SN74AS08NSR and SN74AS04NSR?

Our customer would like to know Tjmax and θjc of following devices;
We could not find these on the datasheet.
Could you give us the reply?(Could you fill in blanks?)

Hey Hirotaka,

The Tjmax is generally the same as the Max Storage Temperature. The Max Storage Temperature of the devices is 150 C

The only Θjc I have for you right now is SN74LS14NS is 46.5 C

I put in the requests for the other parts for Θjc and hopefully we will see them in 2 days. I will update you then.

Hey Hirotaka,

These are the Θjcs I have currently:

SN74AS280NS: 43.3 C/W

SN74AS08NS: 48.0 C/W

SN74AS04NS: 46.9 C/W

Unfortunately SN74ALS245NS will take a bit longer than expected. I will get back to you when I have the number
