Questions about the SN74LV541ATRGYR:
1) The table at the end of the datasheet suggests the operating temperature range for this package is up to 85C. Is this the max ambient air temp?
2) The theta_ja for this package looks the best of all the available packages. What limits this to 85C?
3) Is there a theta_jb and theta_jc available? We have mechanical engineers that help analyze thermal considerations.
4) How can the temp rise be calculated? The datasheet provides theta_ja numbers but there doesn't appear to be any max power dissipation spec to multiply by the theta-ja.
I would like to use these components where a board temperature can be in 94 deg C to 100 deg C range, and would like to know if this is possible.
