Strong buffer advice recommendation ??

Hi TI expert,

Now I need a buffer to drive a power FET(Low side) which input cap is 2nF cap at high frequency (10MHz) but it needs 400mA CMOS buffer at 12V.

I look at your buffer area.... I only find CD4041UB - CMOS Quad True/Complement Buffer which is only 24mA at 10V.

I think it is too far my goal. Any recommendation device that on TI's website?

Families like LVC are stronger, but do not go above 5 V.

I doubt you'll find a logic device for this; you need an actual gate driver.

Thanks for your reply and your suggestion is very good.
Can you recommend TI low side gate driver, preferably single channel 8~12V operation and just around 1A drive capability.
