I'm using the TI's SN74LS00DR device.

And have plan to replace this IC to SN74HCT00 or SN74ACT00.

so can you share the comparison table between 74LS00(TTL) and 74ACT00, 74HCT00(CMOS)?

I'd like to know about electrostatic characteristics include protection circuit inside the IC.
