Hi team,

My customer wants to use the SN74AUP1T00, but the input voltage is larger than 3.3v, and VCC voltage is 3.3v.

I want to check 1. whether the chip can work well or not?

2. whether the chip will be broken.

What do you mean with "larger"? 3.301 V? 300 V?

The "Recommended Operationg Conditions" table allows the input voltage to go up to 3.6 V, so this is where the chip is guaranteed to work.
The "Absolute Maximum Ratings" table allows up to 4.6 V; up to this voltage, the chip will not blow up immediately (but might not work).

Above 4.6 V, the gate insulation might break down.
Above 3.6 V, the leakage current might get too large (which will also wear down the gate insulation over time).
