Hi team,
My customer wants to use the SN74AUP1T00, but the input voltage is larger than 3.3v, and VCC voltage is 3.3v.
I want to check 1. whether the chip can work well or not?
2. whether the chip will be broken.
Thank you.

Hi ,
Thank you for your reply. If the customer use Vin high than 3.6v, what will happen? If it cannot work well, what phenomenon will happen?
Thank you.

Above 4.6 V, the gate insulation might break down.
Above 3.6 V, the leakage current might get too large (which will also wear down the gate insulation over time).
