SN74LV06A: Low level(Vol) data

Hi,

I would like to ask you a max Vol (max low level output) data in case following conditions.

- Vcc = 5.0V

- Iol = 6.25mA(min) to 10mA(max)

Do you have the data of Vol?

Because there are some data under some conditions at datasheet page5, 6.5 section as below.

I suppose the max Vol seems to be lower than 0.55V at Icl=10mA/Vcc=5.0V according to this table.

But if you have more information/data, please let me know.

As shown in the typical characteristics (from Input and Output Characteristics of Digital Integrated Circuits at 5-V Supply Voltage (SZZA008)), the output MOSFET behaves like a resistor inside the allowed current range (< 16 mA):

So you can derive the maximum voltage drop by linear interpolation: V_OL = 0.55 V × (10 mA / 16 mA) ≈ 0.34 V.
