My customer uses our SN74GTL1655DGGR, the schematic is as below. They use two signals, and find the signals don't transfer from A side to B side. They test 2A3 and 2A8, both are 3.3V high level, but both 2B3 and 2B8 are low level. They have tested Vref, the voltage is 0.818V, so it should be correct.
1. Can you help give your comments about this issue?
2. Is B side output relative with the external circuit design? Now the power on time of Vref is later than VCC1/2/3/4.
3. Can you help to tell me what's VTT pins?
