Hi,

My customer has below requirement. Please help recommend a suitable buffer solution. Thanks!

Input Signal: 8KHz, need fixed delay from input to output, that means the max and min value for delay from input to output, (MAX-MIN)<20ps.

They don't have spec for channel number or signal format.

    Hi David,
    I'm afraid that there is and always will be variation in propagation delay greater than 20ps due to voltage, process, and temperature changes. The best devices I know of still have variation of >1ns even under optimal operating conditions.

    It's likely that their system design could be changed to make the signal more resistant to delay changes. Can you tell me about the application that requires such a reliable delay on such a slow signal?
