SN74LVC373A: Is output state knowable during power-up with /OE = L, LE = L, D = H?

Hello,

I have a system with SN74LVC373A where it can be powered on with /OE = L and LE = L. D is pulled up, so it would be H at power-on.

Can we say the device would come up with Q = H, given these constraints? Or is Q0 not predictable (depends on the previous state, some unpredictable internal circuitry power-on behavior of SN74LVC373A, or other variables)?

Hi Jonathan,
Since the SN74LVC373A is a latch, the output is completely unpredictable until a valid input is applied - a latch is inherently unstable on startup unless it is designed specifically for starting in a particular state, and this device is no exception.
