Is there any new device which is P2P to SN74LVTH162244, but it offers better ESD performance or improves robustness?

    Hello Zhou,
    No logic device is designed to be the sole ESD protection for a system. The ESD rating of these devices is specifically intented to protect the IC in a manufacturing environment - once in a system, there should be external ESD protection added.
