Hi,
I am looking at gates that can work up to 140 degrees C operating for an automotive application.
Is there any device that can guarantee it? Or do we have any selection?
Our datasheets specify 125 degrees C max for all versions I looked at.
Internal power dissipation is close to 0, because the device works at 100 Hz.
