Have the bond wires in CD74AC74M always been copper or was there a PCN announcing a change from gold to copper?

Hi Carolyn,
It looks like the PCN for this device was issues in 2012 allowing manufacturing with either copper or gold.

I'm not at work right now, so I couldn't check our database directly, but I found the PCN on mouser's site here: www.mouser.com/.../Texas Instruments_20121218001.pdf
