CD74HC573: CD74HC573 Qual

Part Number: CD74HC573

I would like to request the Qualification Report for the CD74HC573 and any Reliability data for this part.

Thanks,

Ke

  • Hi Ke,

We generally don't make our full test and characterization plans or reports public. The device has been qualified to meet the datasheet standards as per JEDEC requirements -- is there a pariticular spec or application that you are concerned with?

For reliability data, it's available through our website, located here:

I grabbed data for this part to make it easy on you:

  • Hi Emrys,

Our application requires very long life time period. so high reliability is the key for us. Since CD74HC573E is COTS parts and no Mill-spec part is available. We would like to understand more about reliability, qualification of this part. Does TI continuously monitor the failure rate by performing the HOLT? Any failures so far?

    Thanks,

    Ke
  • Hi Ke,
I'll ask our high reliability group to comment. If you need a high reliability or military spec version of the part, they would be the people to talk to.
  • Good monring Ke,

Periodic monitors for commercial plastic encapsulated microcircuits, especially older technologies, are limited and are not device specific.   The CD54HC573F3A hermetic CDIP device, which is a qualified to MIL-PRF-38535 QML Class Q (MIL-SPEC), is recommended for mission-critical high-reliability applications.
