SN74LS273: Does TI have parts similar to SN74LS273 but with input voltage at 3.3V

customer only have 3.3V source.

looking for a part similar to SN74LS273 but can input 3.3V 

the SN74LS273 supply voltage  VCC 4.75~5.25V

    Hi John,
    If you are looking for something to be supplied with 3.3V and operate at 3.3V, I would recommend replacing with the SN74HC273 or SN74AHC273. Both will work at 3.3V without any problems.

    If you need something to have a supply of 5V (and output at 5V), but have inputs at 3.3V, I would recommend using the SN74HCT273 or SN74AHCT273. These are "TTL compatible" CMOS devices.
