No, SN74AHC1G32 is not an open-drain output OR gate, and TI does not have any devices that meet that description.

You can tell if a device is open-drain or not from the electrical characteristics table -- an open-drain device will not have a specified V_OH or source current (negative output currents).

The best solution available today is to use a normal OR gate (such as the SN74AHC1G32) and add an open-drain buffer after it, such as the SN74LVC1G07.
